Uncorked members who attended learned more about creating sauces.
Our Chef, Kathy Entrop, helped us work with a variety of sauces
to work with. We made a delicious array of foods to enjoy with the
range of sauces!
Pan roasted salmon with
lemon-dill beurre blanc – butter sauce
Hazelnut
crusted chicken with Gorgonzola sauce – cream sauce
Grilled flank
steak w/ chimichurri sauce – S. American beef sauce
French onion
soup – beef stock

Classes are always limited to 12 enthusiasts! Cost
was only $50, which simply covered the cost of wine and ingredients
for the chef.
