12 Students learned from Chef Tiffany Schira in
this monthly hand-on series in a home kitchen. All Chef in da House
events feature a fun variety of wines to try while you learn to
cook provided by Sommelier David LeClaire! In the spirit of Valentine’s
Day, food lovers came together to swoon over the foods of love.
Ever wonder why certain foods are considered aphrodisiacs? We prepared
an entire meal spritzed with these so-called love enhancers.
Students explored some of the mythology behind aphrodisiac foods
with Chef Schira and came away able to reproduce some great recipes
and techniques, using some simple & some unusual ingredients.
