It's football time of year again, and what better way to kick off the season than the 2nd annual Grape Cup!

The Grape Cup is our version of the Apple Cup! We will have up to 24 wineries
and breweries going grape to grape (and hops to hops!) to battle it out for bragging rights. Who makes
better wines, Husky Alums or Cougars?. We
have the new event site 415 Westlake reserved
for this friendly “tasting competition!” Hundreds of alums
will try wines from both sides and be part of this friendly rivalry,
while also helping raise money for The
Washington State Farmworker Housing Trust ! Enjoy taligate fare by reknowned Chef Tom Black and Mark Huston! Get into the spirit and start the season off right!

NOVEMBER 13 & 14: BEST OF THE NORTHWEST, Pier 91
At the beautiful new waterfront cruise ship terminal on Pier 91 in Magnolia. The Best of the Northwest will be a two day Art & Wine Festival at the new Pier 91 Cruise Ship Terminal recently completed at the base of Magnolia (by Palisades). The event will feature 250-300 NW Artists, who will show their paintings, sculptures, and various art works on both levels of this amazing waterfront venue. Seattle Uncorked will sponsor a wine garden. Guests will pay a low fee to attend the festival - and admission into the wine garden is free. Guests will pay $1 per taste ticket.
This is a new event in Seattle and will be a joint project between Seattle Uncorked and the Northwest Art Alliance.
